Recycled maps make beautiful art.

The wonderful map collages of New York artist Matthew Cusick makes me oohhh and awww each time I look at his work. Combined with mixed media; paper, maps, ink, books, wood and sometimes coffee. Mr. Cusick builds his canvas almost as if he is sculpting with the layers of these different materials resulting in beautiful compositions and works of art. LOVE!
